 Ancient Medicine

The prehistoric era runs up until 3,000 BC.

The Ancient period is a HUGE amount of time, and includes three major Empires. First the mighty Egyptian empire ruled by powerful Pharaohs. The Egyptian's Empire lasted 1,000 years from 3,000BC and started to collapse allowing the second Empire to grow in influence.

The Greek Empire commanded much of the known world between 2,000BC to 1,000BC. The Greek Empire also lasted a thousand years and gave way to the Roman Empire, which lasted from about 500BC until approximately 500AD. Coincidentally also lasting almost 1,000 years.
